After working in the healthcare industry for 13 years as caregivers, CNAs, Registered Nurses, and traveling all over the United States as travel nurses, we decided to create Assuring Presence Healthcare Solutions LLC in the spring of 2024. Our goal is to act as a vehicle of change in the healthcare industry, where workers are often no longer motivated by compassion and most employers only care about increasing their profits. We have witnessed this lack of love and compassion while working in Acute Hospitals, Sub-acute Hospitals, Rehabs, Skilled Nursing facilities, Psych facilities, Hospice, and Home Health care settings. With our vast knowledge, experience, and skill-set, we aim to champion a new way of delivering healthcare, especially in patients’ homes.

Our dedicated professionals offer a wide range of services including skilled nursing, personal care, and specialized support for children, adults, older adults, disabled individuals, and veterans. Non-skilled care consists of any non-medical care that can reasonably and safely be provided by non-licensed caregivers. It can take place at home or in a nursing home and may be covered by Medicaid if care is provided in a nursing home setting and not at home.
