After working in the healthcare industry for 13 years, as Caregivers, CNAs, Registered Nurses and traveling all over the United States as travel nurses, we decided to create Assuring Presence Healthcare Solutions LLC in spring of 2024 as a vehicle of change in the healthcare industry where workers are no longer motivated by compassion and most employers only care about more money in their bank accounts. We have seen this phenomenon of the lack of love and compassion in the healthcare industry while working in Acute Hospitals, Sub-acute Hospitals or Rehabs, Skilled Nursing facilities, Psych facilities, Hospice and Home Health care settings. We bring vast knowledge, Experience and Skill-set to champion a new way of doing health care especially in the homes. We bring solutions to fundamental issues that have been neglected in the industry such as a failure to treat clients as they want to be treated and preserving their dignity, while appreciating a culturally diverse nation by being culturally sensitive in delivering care.
